booking the date
Booking a cake smash session is super easy. Just fill out the form below and include as many details as you can — especially your baby’s birthday. We'll aim to schedule your session about 5-6 weeks before their big day. (The earlier you book, the better, as my diary fills up fast—so pre-booking is highly recommended!).
Photosession
I start the session with some simple, classic portraits to capture your baby looking their best—before the mess begins! These clean shots are perfect for timeless keepsakes. Then it’s on to the fun part: the cake smash! Your little one gets to dig in, squish, and explore the cake however they like—messy hands and all.
The session typically lasts around 40 minutes, depending on your little one—some babies need a bit more time to settle in. And just a heads-up: not every baby is a cake lover (hard to believe, I know!). For some, the sweetness or texture can be a bit overwhelming, so they might not dive in like you'd expect. I always let parents know in advance, as it can be surprising if your baby prefers to stay clean rather than smash the cake!
If you'd prefer to skip the mess but still want those sweet birthday photos, we can use a wooden cake prop instead. It’s a great alternative that keeps everything clean while still capturing the fun and celebration of turning one!
Delivering memories
After your session, I carefully go through all the images and select the very best moments. Each chosen photo is hand-edited with care, and within 48 hours after the session you'll receive your first 3-4 photos, all the remaining photos will be delivered after 6 weeks.
Best part? You don’t have to clean a thing—I’ve got it all covered!

I provide a studio setup with minimal, thoughtfully chosen, timeless props. Please note that balloons and cake are not included in the package, but can be ordered for you in advance of your session.

ADD-ONS
A set of pastel helium-filled balloons, including a large number "1" balloon - 800 NOK
Additional 10 high-resolution images – 2000 NOK
Additional hours – 1600 NOK per hour.
Current editing time 5-6 weeks.
Skip the line/ rush editing - 3000 NOK (photos will be delivered in one week after the session).
A non-refundable booking fee of 1000 NOKis required at the time of booking your session with me. This reserves the date and time for your session. The booking fee is non-refundable for cancellation or no-show up.
The remaining balance, after deducting the booking fee, must be paid in full immediately after the session.
